Thank you for shopping with us at Hollywoodland ® We want you to love your purchase, but please note that since all items are fulfilled through our printing and fulfillment partners, our return policy is subject to following specific conditions:

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will be happy to offer a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, providing your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or defective item.

  • Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect item (wrong size, color, or design), please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will send you the correct item or issue a refund.

  • Order Errors on Your Part: If your order was placed with incorrect details (size, color, etc.), we will be unable to accept your return or exchange, as each product is made to order. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to our on-demand production process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on: Customized or personalized products unless they are defective or damaged. Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Sizing Issues

  • We encourage you to carefully review the sizing charts on our website before placing your order.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing errors that are not related to defects.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • If your order is eligible for a return or exchange, please follow the return instructions that either came with your item or alternatively contact us directly through our customer support team at HHA@Hollywoodland.org. Please include your order number and a description of your issue along with any supporting photos (if applicable).

  • If your return or exchange is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to proceed. For damaged or incorrect items, we may request that the item be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected and approved. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for us to process returns.

  • Please note that your shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you are exchanging an item due to a defect or an incorrect item received, we will send the replacement at no additional charge.

Processing Time

  • After we receive your return or exchange request, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. If your return is approved, the refund will typically be issued within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.
