LAPD Hollywood Wants to Hear From the Community

How is LAPD Hollywood doing? What is working — and what could be improved?

The Los Angeles Police Department’s Hollywood Community Police Station is asking community members to participate in its Community Sentiment Survey, giving residents an opportunity to provide direct feedback about police services and community concerns.

LAPD Hollywood says it wants to hear what residents think about the services it provides, where improvements may be needed and what community members believe the station is doing well.

Community feedback is one part of LAPD’s broader community-policing approach. The Department maintains Community-Police Advisory Boards and other public-engagement programs intended to give residents a voice in local policing and quality-of-life issues.

For Hollywoodland residents, the survey provides a simple opportunity to communicate directly with the police division serving the Hollywood area.

Why Participate?

Community surveys can help identify:

  • concerns residents believe deserve greater attention

  • perceptions of public safety and police services

  • areas where communication could improve

  • services or practices residents believe are working well

Whether your experience has been positive, negative or somewhere in between, the survey is an opportunity to provide feedback directly to LAPD Hollywood.

The survey takes only a few minutes to complete.
