Emergency Preparedness Guide from the LAFD
LAFD Emergency Preparedness Guide
Emergencies can happen with little or no warning. The Los Angeles Fire Department’s Emergency Preparedness Guide provides practical information to help residents plan ahead before a disaster occurs.
The guide is intended to help individuals, families, and neighborhoods think through basic emergency readiness, including household supplies, communication plans, evacuation planning, medical needs, pets, and steps to take before, during, and after an emergency.
