Memorial Day in Hollywoodland
Memorial Day in Hollywoodland
We were delighted at the number of community members who made our coffee & donuts get-together on the Village Green a success! It’s been a while since the HHA organized an event to bring neighbors together socially and to share information about the work we’re doing. Most of our board were on hand to answer questions and former HHA president Chris O'Brien was at the real estate office to show us around the exhibition she and Greg Williams created about Hollywoodland houses that turned 100 this year. Our thanks to Heather Mata, our Senior Lead Officer at LAPD, and the Hollywood Orchard team for joining us.
We were also happy that so many kids enjoyed the games we set out for them and their canine best friends. Already on next-year’s to-do list is to make sure our catering includes treats for the latter!
If you have photos of the event you would like to share, please send them to hha@hollywoodland.org and we will add them to the collection.
And if you are not yet a member or need to renew your HHA membership, you can do so HERE. While you’re on our website, check out our cool new Hollywoodland store.
